DULUTH, MN — Kraus-Anderson Construction Company’s Duluth office hires Todd Mell as Director of Project Planning and Development. He will be responsible for developing the office’s growth strategy and will serve as a key consultant with stakeholders on construction projects in education, health care, government, and commercial market sectors.

Mell comes to Kraus-Anderson from Duluth-based LHB Inc. where he served for 10 years as a shareholder, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and worked on design and commissioning projects for health care, government, and education clients. In addition, he focused on community engagement and business development.

Mell earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Mell is on the board of the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of Leadership Duluth class of 2023 at the Duluth Chamber of Commerce.
