Throughout her career, Garcia-Pineda has been a champion for Lean culture and processes. She works closely with clients, owners, designers, architects, engineers, and authorities to ensure the successful completion of a project. She has also served as a mentor in a protégé program, providing pro bono construction management services and helps facilitate projects for her community. She is a two-time recipient of the Northern California Real Estate Woman of Influence award.
